Job Summary:
The primary objective of the Project Engineer is to work with prospective and current customers and internal team members to create conceptual designs, provide cost estimates, and create proposals for future projects. Once projects are awarded to the Company, the Project Engineer will oversee these projects by developing project schedules, reviewing commercial implications, managing change orders, overseeing engineering and production activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The individual in this role will be responsible for communications with internal team members across various departments to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope.
Job Duties:
- Partner with the Design & Execution team to gain intimate knowledge of the Company’s evolving system designs as an output of customer-provided system specifications, visualize and communicate how the system designs will provide desired solutions to customers’ needs, and learn about the justifications and documentation required to support the design and engineering solutions adopted
- Work with current and prospective customers to understand their specific requirements for upcoming projects and develop and provide customer-focused solutions by creating conceptual designs, providing cost estimates, and creating proposals
- Identify and evaluate new customer opportunities and help develop conceptual process solutions comprised of one (or more) unit operations
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses on various options to help Apollo representatives and customers understand the economics and impacts of various options
- Engage with Apollo’s Industrial Controls Division team members to gain a thorough understanding of their offerings and connection points/opportunities with Apollo-produced solutions
- Once projects are awarded to the Company, work with internal team members and customers to execute defined project objectives and requirements, including managing customer expectations, developing detailed project plans, and managing the scopes of the projects
- Prepare project timelines, including milestones and review points, and monitor and drive project progression and change management
- Communicate regularly with team members and customers regarding the status of project, with specific attention to delays, issues, or changes to the project timelines
- Enforce deadlines and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Provide technical guidance to team members throughout project execution
- Evaluate completed projects for efficiency and effectiveness in an effort to continually improve the team’s performance on future projects
- Report back to company leadership on a regular basis in regards to project status, risks and overall performance and opportunities for improvement
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Project management tracking experience (preferred)

Job Summary:
The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field service operations for the Company. The individual in this position will manage all field service personnel, ensuring that all equipment and systems are serviced to Company quality standards and work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Company’s field service requests, and in collaboration with our sales teams, plan and coordinate day-to-day field service activities in line with customer priorities while optimizing the use of the Company’s resources
- Manage field service personnel, providing training and guidance as needed to make sure employees are knowledgeable in their areas and equipped to do their jobs effectively
- Work in close collaboration with project management to ensure project plans are properly maintained with commitments executed, including installation, start-up and commissioning activities

- 5+ years of experience in field service management, including leading a team of direct reports

Job Summary:
The essential role of the Production Lead is to act as a “Second in Command” to the Production Manager with a limited scope of management responsibility and the expectation that at least 80% of their time will be applied directly to production work. Daily job duties in this lead role will be in addition to those of the production role that the individual maintains. Job Duties:
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing production schedules

- Monitor production processes, proactively identifying issues, problems, and areas for improvement, removing roadblocks in the areas of safety, quality and productivity
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment is maintained through leading by example and assisting others wherever necessary
- Adhere to, train, and help enforce compliance with ISO standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures

Job Summary:
The primary function of the Design Engineer position is to utilize SolidWorks on a daily basis to generate piece part files, assembly models, and document drawing packages. ATG offers a wide variety of goods across many industries, so no two projects are alike. Projects include custom machinery design, plastic and metal piece parts, large-scale plumbing assemblies, and framing design. The Design Engineer will guide and mentor drafters and other engineers in the engineering department. Additionally, the Design Engineer will work directly with team members on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis to ensure parts or projects are being built per the prints and answer questions as they arise.
Job Duties:
- Generate 3D modeling utilizing SolidWorks
- Generate documents and control drawings via SolidWorks
- Generate P&IDs for large plumbing system projects via Microsoft Visio
- Prepare customer facing drawing packages
- Prepare internal production drawings and Bill of Materials for component/ material ordering
- Work with vendors to obtain information on various purchased components
- Answer questions from production colleagues

Job Summary:
The primary function of the Electromechanical Assembler – Field Service is to perform mechanical assembly, installation, and wiring of components on a wide variety of equipment designed and built by Apollo Technology Group, both in-house and at customer sites. This equipment includes water treatment equipment, specialty manufacturing systems and a variety of other specialty equipment. The individual in this position will also provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing systems and equipment as needed.
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and Production Prints
- Install mechanical components (i.e. pumps, valves, sensors, etc.) per design
- Install mechanical piping (may consist of PVC, CPVC, PE, PVDF, PFA, etc.) to and from various components on a skid or within a process tool per design
- Follow an electrical schematic to assemble electrical control enclosures per design, pull wire feeding various circuits and terminate wires at point-of-use and within control enclosures
- Run conduit (PVC, flex, rigid-coated, etc.) between control enclosures, pumps and instrumentation
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting
- Conduct I/O and loop checks
- Lead factory acceptance testing of equipment
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites, ensuring it is set up and functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer locations
- Project professional image of the company through a positive and helpful attitude at all times at customer sites, using clear and consistent communication to keep customers apprised of job status
- Document all work performed, including test results and repair actions taken, in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Work hours necessary to support Company demand
- Train and assist others as required

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Job Summary:
The primary objective of the Plastic Welder position is to fabricate plastic assemblies according to print specifications in a timely manner to meet customer requirements and the production schedule. This includes fabricating standard parts, as well as custom parts, building complete products, and inspecting the work performed to meet internal and external requirements.
Job Duties:
- Fabricate plastic piece parts, turntables, cabinets, and fusion assemblies, and perform solvent welding and other tasks as assigned
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine fabrication requirements
- Select and prepare plastic materials for welding, ensuring they are clean and free from defects
- Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders and cutters, to shape and trim plastic components as required
- Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform secondary machining operations as required
- Help to ensure the products we manufacture meet or exceed customer quality expectations
- Ensure adherence to production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries, working closely with production scheduler
- Take the initiative to identify and implement improvements to our processes along with the products we deliver
- Be willing to work overtime when required
- Follow all safety procedures, along with 5S standards
- Participate as an active team member and be willing to cross-train as required (i.e. machining and assembly areas)
- Train and assist others as required

Job Summary:
The primary function of the Mechanical Assembler is to perform mechanical assembly, installation, and wiring of components on a wide variety of equipment designed and built by Apollo Technology Group, LLC. This equipment includes water treatment equipment, specialty manufacturing systems and a variety of other specialty equipment. This position presents a great opportunity for an individual to get hands-on experience with our custom water and process equipment, grow with the company, and have many opportunities for career advancement down the road!
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and Production Prints
- Install mechanical components (i.e. pumps, valves, sensors, etc.) per design
- Install mechanical piping (may consist of PVC, CPVC, PE, PVDF, PFA, etc.) to and from various components on a skid or within a process tool per design
- Assist with factory acceptance testing of equipment
- Assist with production-related tasks, such as purebonding, as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, as needed
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Work hours necessary to support Company demand
- Train and assist others as required
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Experience installing mechanical components and piping
- Exceptional work ethic, “can-do” attitude and team player
- Willing and able to adhere to all Company policies, including strict adherence to safety procedures
- Willing and able to learn, understand and support the Company’s quality objectives
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and colleagues
- Able to work independently with minimal instruction/supervision and effectively plan, organize and execute own activities
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds of material unassisted
- Flexible and adaptable by nature; able to work well under pressure and within changing environments
- Willing and able to wear personal protective equipment necessary for job duties performed
- Willing and able to activate emergency response procedures and operate applicable emergency equipment
- Willing to cross-train as needed
